  • The toolkit is suitable for anyone aged 18 and above, making it ideal for adults and young adults interested in healing past wounds, promoting personal growth, and empowerment.

  • This toolkit is designed to encourage self-awareness, reflection, and deep discussion, which may bring up emotions, memories, or realisations that require further exploration.  Therefore, it is recommended to be in a safe and supportive environment. If you experience depression, anxiety, or panic attacks, consider playing with a trusted friend, mentor, or therapist who can provide guidance and support. Listen to yourself, take breaks if needed, and prioritise your well-being.

  • Yes! The toolkit is designed to be engaging and accessible for anyone, whether you are just beginning your self-awareness journey or have prior experience with personal growth.

    Place the Life Journey Board in the center. It’s a visual guide of life’s path from birth and growth to challenges, breakthroughs, and celebrations. The board acts as a reflective map, helping participants connect their experiences to different life stages, patterns, and turning points.

    It’s not just decoration it anchors the conversation, offering context and reminding everyone that life is a continuous journey of learning, unlearning, and growth.

    Ask the three yellow questions first in order of Life, Vision, and Happiness.

    When you ask the three questions, and take turns to answer each question. You will begin to see where you are on your life path - still with Sloth or moving forward with Beaver,

    When everyone has answered the life questions

    Shuffle the rest of the cards and invite the youngest or oldest participant to draw a card.

    The card is read aloud, and the participant answers the statement or questions for the number of minutes stated in bold at the bottom of the text.

    Then the other participants share their reflections with the group.

    Allow the conversation to flow naturally, but stay on topic.

    Invite the next participant to draw a card and continue in a clockwise direction around the group.

    After a card is used, place it in the discard pile to prevent it from being repeated until the toolkit is used again.

    There is no end to the questions, as each session will bring new insights, regardless of how often you ask the questions. In life beaver has to keep clearing sloth’s influence on your life.

    The duration of a session varies depending on the group size, the discussion time specified on the cards, and the responses generated to the questions or insights shared.

  • We process orders quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to make any changes or cancellations, please contact our support team within 24 hours of placing the order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

  • Items are usually sent wiithout any tracking.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with a photo of the damage, and we will arrange for a full or partial replacement.  Please retain the damaged package and content.

  • Currently, we do not offer gift wrapping. However, the toolkit is packaged carefully to ensure it arrives in excellent condition.
