We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you have the right to cancel your order in accordance with UK and EU consumer law.

Your Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing within the 14-day cancellation period and include the following details: email address, order date and number.

Once you have informed us of your decision to cancel, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Returning Your Item

To be eligible for a refund:

• The item must be returned within 14 days of your notification of cancellation.

• The goods should be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

• You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

• We strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage or using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit without evidence of posting.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund as soon as possible.

Refunds will be issued to the same payment card or payment method used for the original transaction.

Where the returned goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or function, we reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund to reflect any loss in value, as permitted by consumer law.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly. Where applicable under consumer law, we will arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, repair, or full refund, including any reasonable return postage costs.
