Shockingly, we create our reality through the actions we take based on our beliefs—beliefs that manage our lives, undermine our success, affect our health and wealth, and our relationships with ourselves and others.
If we are responsible for our reality, why not create our dream life?
We hold the power over our lives
When we complain about our lives, we are complaining to ourselves. We believe we are in control, but in reality, we are not.
Our self-regulating, limiting and disapproving ego controls what we do.
Don't be confused about the ego. It wants to keep you safe; it uses what it already knows, and the inner critical voice is from your ego. That's your control panel.
Switch The Switch
Quieten the noise within; stop letting your ego control your life.
But how, you ask?.
Connect to your intuition, your gut reaction, the quiet inner whisper.
That can't be heard due to the noise surrounding you and in your head.
That can't be felt due to the overload of food you partake in, which makes your system sluggish.
Or the many harmful chemicals you breathe, touch or taste, often unknowingly.
Slow Down and Listen.
1. Stillness
Your intuition whispers; it doesn't shout. Sit in silence for 5–10 minutes a day. Don't get distracted by your phone. Breathe, and let the thoughts come and go.
2. Ground Through Nature
Go for a walk, let your thoughts become connected with nature, listen and observe. In observing, you receive signs.
3. JOURNAL
Focus on your hand, holding your pen, and ask, "What do I need to know?" Then, put pen to paper and let it move without thinking. You will be amazed at what you discover in automatic writing.
4. Listen to Your Body
Your body sends you messages, but you have to listen. The tightness in your chest, the tension in your shoulders, the butterflies in your stomach. It is helping you - listen.
5. Clean Up Your Inputs
Make your meals from fresh ingredients. Stay hydrated and exercise. A clear body = a clear mind = connection to your intuition, your gut reaction.
6. ask—and Wait for the Whisper
Before sleep or during meditation, ask a simple question: "What do I need to know?" Then wait. It may come as a feeling, image, or quiet thought. Trust it.
Your intuition connects to your dreams; be open to receiving and allow your dream life to materialise in magical ways.
