Not your usual business cards.

These Sloth and Beaver cards carry soulful, thought-provoking prompts—created to inspire self-reflection, spark inner shifts, and invite deeper conversations about how you're really living and leading.

The Business cards consist of questions that explore how childhood trauma, memories, and beliefs formed in your early years and past relationships influence you.

The questions help you see how your past influences your behaviour, values, and confidence in yourself and your business. With awareness, you can make better choices to be more successful.

Example of questions:

Question 1

When you are confident, people feel it. Improve your confidence by being aware of who you are and what you stand for. After all, how will you succeed if you can’t speak up about yourself? How confident are you in determining what you want and need? How confident are you in speaking up for these wants and needs? What gave you this level of confidence (or lack thereof)? Is this different from your younger self?

Question 2

Practising mindfulness in your business requires you to actively listen and avoid judgement. It ensures you regulate your emotions and opinions, creating a healthier work environment ready to grow. It also ensures you're more aware of your workload, capabilities, and priorities, preventing burnout and inviting collaboration and productivity. What does mindfulness mean to you? How do you promote mindfulness at work? Could you be more mindful?

Question 3

Your expectations of success should never outpace the care you give to your body, mind, and soul. Your health is your greatest asset. If you suffer, your business will too. Do you have clear plans to reach your goals? Are your expectations realistic? What practical steps can you take to move forward? Reflect on what support you need to maintain a steady, sustainable pace that honours both your wellbeing and your ambitions.

Question 4

Knowing you trust yourself to make the right decisions gives you confidence in your intuition and ability to adapt. Trusting your judgement prevents potential missed opportunities; it is crucial for managing projects, people, and potential hiccups in your work. Do you trust your gut reactions? How do you evaluate your decisions? Do your judgments favour safety or risk? Is your intuition something you innately know or something others taught you?
